By accessing or using RoleAtlas (“the Service”), operated at roleatlas.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
RoleAtlas is an AI-powered interview practice platform that allows users to practice answering interview questions and receive AI-generated feedback, scores, and coaching. The Service is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
RoleAtlas uses artificial intelligence to transcribe responses, generate scores, and provide feedback. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated feedback is for practice and self-improvement purposes only, that scores and grades are generated by AI models and may not perfectly reflect real interview performance, that RoleAtlas does not guarantee employment outcomes or interview success, and that AI-generated content should not be considered professional career counseling or advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others, use the Service to develop competing products or services, or share your account credentials with others.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RoleAtlas — including text, questions, scoring algorithms, design, and branding — are owned by RoleAtlas and protected by intellectual property laws. Your interview responses and recordings remain your own.
Payment and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoleAtlas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
